chips, steak and salad
take out your steak and put it in a Tupperware container with oil, garlic and salt put to one side and start chopping the potatoes into cuboids and put them in a large bowl and fill with water leave for 5 minutes to draw out the starch then transfer into a large bowl with oil garlic and salt shake to evenly coat them pour onto a tray with baking paper and cook for 35 minutes on 170C while the chips are cooking it is time to start on the salad add whatever you would like and when there are 15 minutes left on the timer place a large pan on the hob put it on a high heat and until it starts to heat up then add the steak and cook how you want.
