Apple and Cinnamon Cupcakes

Ingredients 100g of self raising flour, 100g of butter, at room temperature 100g of sugar, 2 eggs, 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla extract, 1 tablespoon of milk, 1 grated apple, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon,

How to make

  1. Heat the oven to about 170 degrees fan (190).
  2. In a bowl beat the sugar and the butter together.
  3. Mix in the eggs one at a time.
  4. Add in the cinnamon, the grated apple.
  5. Fold in the flour a bit at a time.
  6. Finally add in the milk.
  7. Pour the batter into the cupcake molds.
  8. Cook for 20-30 minutes until golden.
