Apple and Cinnamon Cupcakes

How to make
- Heat the oven to about 170 degrees fan (190).
- In a bowl beat the sugar and the butter together.
- Mix in the eggs one at a time.
- Add in the cinnamon, the grated apple.
- Fold in the flour a bit at a time.
- Finally add in the milk.
- Pour the batter into the cupcake molds.
- Cook for 20-30 minutes until golden.
